Information about the H52

The Alrena precision macerator is a cutting rotor with unique precision in slurry distribution.

The patented air flow system combined with the rotor and different possibilities of cutting plates ensures very precise slurry distribution for both large andsmall application quantities. In addition, the Alrena macerator has an 6” inletwhich makes the macerator suitable for high capacity spreading. Due to the low hydraulic power requirement of only 35L/min and the compact design, the macerator can be easily built onto various agricultural machines. When running dry, almost no temperature rise occurs within this specially developed macerator so wear occurs little or not at all.

Rotating cutting system

Thebasis of the Alrena precision macerator is a specially developed cutting systemwith rotating round knives. Due to different pivot points and the resistance ofthe solid parts to be cut in the slurry, the knives keep rotating constantly.This constant rotation of the cutting discs ensures that each cut is performedwith a new piece of knife, thus significantly reducing wear. In addition, therotating movement has the advantage that the cutting discs are self-sharpening.This extends the service life of the wear parts. A coil spring ensures an evenblade tension.

Interior construction H52

The inside of the macerator head consists of a rotor and one hole disc with 52 outlets. Alrena has several rotors and hole discs to adjust the capacity of the precision macerator. As standard, a precision macerator is equipped with a 10-knife rotor (R10) and a standard hole disc. You can ask Alrena for exactly the right configuration when the capacity needs to be very small or large.
