ASC System

The new standard in variable working width adjustment.

Alrena section control system is the new standard in variable working width adjustment. After Alrena successfully started several years ago with the development, production and delivery of many thousands of Alrena cutting dividers, the product program is now being expanded to include the Alrena Section Control system (ASC). The experience and persistent demand of many Bomech and Alrena users working with systems already available on the market led to the development of a system of our own. A system that requires minimal maintenance, switches quickly, is not sensitive to sharp parts in the slurry and can deal well with any pressure differences in the air pressure system. All this with the aim of developing a reliable system, Alrena is therefore now introducing its ASC system in response to a continuous demand.

What makes the ASC System unique?

The ASC system offers a range of advantages that make it an indispensable innovation in the world of hose valves. One of the most striking features is the remarkably short response time for both opening and closing the hose valve. This rapid response ensures smooth and precise control of fluid flow. What further distinguishes the ASC system is its ability to fully open without any pressure loss, without any constriction that restricts flow. This results in optimum flow, with the full capacity of the hose is utilized. The system works with a cleverly designed two-chamber system, in which slurry and air are always strictly separated. This prevents slurry from entering the compressed air system. This design keeps the ASC system reliable and efficient even under demanding conditions. One of the biggest advantages of the ASC system is the minimal wear it causes. Thanks to the complete retraction of the inner jacket outside the hose diameter, unnecessary friction and wear is minimized. As a result, the system lasts significantly longer and maintains consistent performance.

Other features of the ASC System

The ASC system is also incredibly robust and resistant to external influences. Even sharp objects or stones cannot easily damage the system, ensuring reliability even in harsh environments. The system's unique and patented geometry is a masterstroke. This allows the inner jacket to adapt seamlessly to the inner tube, ensuring perfect closure. The ASC system thus demonstrates an adaptability that is unmatched in the industry. Pressure differences in the compressed air system do not affect the performance of the ASC system at all. With an operating pressure of approximately 4.5 bar and a maximum pressure of 8 bar, the system continues to operate stably and consistently, resulting in reliable operation under various conditions. Not only are the benefits of the ASC system theoretical, but they have been extensively and intensively tested in both practical situations and endurance tests. This extensive testing has proven the reliability and durability of the system, allowing users to confidently trust its performance. Finally, the simple mounting options make the ASC system very user-friendly. Its installation does not require complicated procedures, saving time and effort when integrating the system into existing systems. All in all, the ASC system offers a range of benefits that make it an essential choice for anyone looking for reliability, efficiency and performance in their hose system.
