Order parts directly by phone

Whenever you want to order (spare)parts just make sure you’ve got the macerator type (e.g. V30, V36 or H24), the year it was manufactured and the serial number written down somewhere. It’s also possible to order parts by filling out the form below or by sending an e-mail to parts@alrena.nl.

‍If you order parts for a machine that is in the warranty period, and which in your opinion are covered by this warranty, you should discuss this in advance with our service department. Warranty claims of ordered parts which are not discussed in advance will not be considered.

If you’d like to have the parts sent to you over night, make sure you place the order before 11:30 AM and send your order to parts@alrena.nl. In the case of return deliveries, storage costs of 20% of the value of the goods are incurred. Minimum of €25,- per return delivery.

If you order parts for a machine that is under warranty and you find that this warranty applies, you must discuss this with our service department in advance. Warranty claims for parts ordered that have not been discussed in advance will not be considered.
